If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from our Eco Jersey Collection or Kendall’s Edit, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns for most items in our collections including Activewear, Bottoms, Active Tops, Leggings, and Hoodies & Jackets, provided they are:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bras and underwear from our collections unless they arrive defective. All sale items marked “final sale” are also non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees ($12.95 for standard shipping) are non-refundable
  • Free Shipping Orders: If you qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund

Exchanges

Want to exchange that Graphic Shop tee for a different size or swap your Rompers & Jumpsuits for another style?

  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • We’ll cover standard shipping for your replacement item
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
